Join the Endangered Fish Alliance: the group asks members to pledge to make environmentally-wise choices by not serving swordfish, Chilean sea bass, orange roughy and certain types of caviar. There are currently 82 pioneer members, mostly chefs and other food service professionals.
 Please help us support this worthy cause by downloading a cool “Seafood Watch” wallet card and take it with you to the market. It will keep you current on the fish that are still OK to buy.
